Case Status

Smith was arrested on 10/6/21. He was released on personal recognizance on 10/12/21. On 10/12/21, he plead not guilty to all counts. Superseding Indictment (doc # 51) filed 12/07/22. Jury Trial concluded 5/12/2023, Smith rendered guilty as to Counts 1 - 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 of the Second Superseding Indictment. Sentencing set for August 17, 2023, at 9:00 AM.
