Dona Sue Bissey

Photos and social media posts show Bissey inside the Capitol on Jan. 6th as well as outside the grounds at the rally. She and a friend vocalized their opinions and connected with others. However, there is no evidence to suggest they engaged in violence.

Please keep in mind that in the United States, every citizen charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
