On 8/30/22, Wiersma entered a plea of guilty to count 4. Sentencing held on 11/29/2022, sentenced to Eighteen months of probation. Fine of $1500. Special Assessment of $10. Restitution of $500. Government's oral motion to dismiss remaining counts was heard and granted.
