Connell was arrested on 1/16/21. On 02/10/2021, Conditions of release were set (Personal Recognizance). He plead not guilty to all counts on 02/12/21, 02/26/21, 06/02/21, and on 12/03/21. Third Superseding Indictment issued 7/27/2023. He was found guilty off all charges during a stipulated bench trial held on 7/28/23. Sentencing has not taken place because the court has ordered this to be revisited until the Supreme Court case for Fischer vs US is heard.
