Donohoe was arrested on 3/17/21 and appeared in court later that day. He was arraigned on 4/6. On 4/18/22, he plead guilty to counts 1 and 6. On 12/19/23, he was sentenced to 40 months in prison, followed by 3 years of probation. He was ordered to pay a total of $200 in special assessments as well as a total of $4,000 in restitution.
