Gottfried was at the edge of the Lower West Terrace as conflict between police and protesters continued. (He was on the opposite side of the archway from where Roseanne Boyland was killed.)
Gottfried is accused of pushing against the police line with his back. Police pulled him into the tunnel and detained him.
