Cale Douglas Clayton

Clayton appears on police body camera footage shouting at officers. He is accused of grabbing a fallen police baton as well as attempting to take a police shield from an officer.

Case Status

Clayton was arrested on 3/31/22 and released on personal recognizance. Clayton plead guilty to counts 3 and 4 on 3/10/23. On 7/11/23, he was sentenced to 30 months in prison and 24 months of supervised release. In addition, he was ordered to pay a special assessment of $200 ($100 for each count) and restitution in the amount of $2000.
