Case Status
Betancur was arrested on 1/17/21 and released 01/29/ per Conditions of Release (#7). He plead not guilty to all counts on 1/29. During a plea agreement hearing held on 5/5/2022, he plead guilty to count 1. Sentencing occurred on 8/4 and Betancur was sentenced to 4 months incarceration followed by supervised release. His progress hearing occurred on 3/31/23.
