Case Status

Arrested 1/21/21 in the Middle District of Florida. Initial appearance 1/21/21 at 3:00pm. Released on conditions. Virtual hearing held 1/26/21 at 1:00pm in federal court in the District of Columbia. Indicted 3/24. During a bench trial on 12/9/22, he was found guilty of all charges. A motion for a new trial was filed on 12/22/22 and denied on 1/26/23. The case was reassigned to Judge John Bates. On 8/16/23, Weeks was sentenced to 10 months in prison and 24 months of probation. BRADLEY WAYNE WEEKS (1) held before Judge John D. Bates on 8/16/2023 : Defendant sentenced to Ten (10) Months Incarceration on each of Counts 1, 2 and 3, to run concurrently, and Six (6) Months Incarceration on each of Counts 4 and 5, to run concurrently with each other and with Counts 1, 2 and 3; Twenty-Four (24) Months Supervised Release on Count 1, and Twelve (12) Months Supervised Release on each of Counts 2 and 3, to run concurrently with each other and with Count 1; $100.00 Special Assessment on Count 1, $25.00 Special Assessment on each of Counts 2 and 3, and $10.00 Special Assessment on each of Counts 4 and 5, for a Total Special Assessment of $170.00; Restitution in the amount of $2000.00 and Fine in the amount of $500.00 imposed
