Bradley Bokoski

Bradley Bokoski entered the Capitol with his adult son, Matthew. Matthew posted photos of himself at the event on Facebook. They walked peacefully throughout the building for 4-5 minutes, taking photos.

Case Status

Bokoski was arrested on 5/25/22. He was later released on personal recognizance. He plead not guilty to all charges on 7/7 during an arraignment. On 10/13/22, he plead guilty to count 4. On 5/25/23, he was sentenced to 36 months probation. In addition, he was ordered to pay a $10 special assessment, and restitution in the amount of $500.
