Lisa Eisenhart is seen on Capitol surveillance walking with Eric Munchel on Jan 6th. Both of them appear to have coffee cups in hand.

A few moments later, they are passed by a mob of people and police officers running. Munchel and Eisenhart enter the empty Senate Chambers.

Case Status

Lisa Eisenhart was arrested on 1/16/21 and appeared in court on 1/19. Plead not guilty to all initial charges on 2/17/21. Released to home detention on 3/29/21. She was indicted via superseding indictment on 6/2. She plead not guilty to all counts during an arraignment on 6/23 and a second on 12/2/22. Stipulated Bench Trial held on 4/18/2023, found guilty on all charges. Sentencing held 9/08/2023, sentenced to 30 months incarceration on Counts 1-2, sentenced to 12 months incarceration on Counts 4 and 6, and sentenced to 6 months on Counts 8-10 of the Second Superseding Indictment. All terms to run concurrently and followed by 36 months Supervised Release. $280 Special Assessment and Restitution in the amount of $2000 imposed.

Eisenhart was released. However, she was put in solitary confinement at Correctional Treatment Facility- DC-CTF with no understanding as to why. (This is typically at the discretion of the warden/guards. Eisenhart was told there was no formal appeals process and her attorney went to the courts.)
