Linwood Alan Robinson, II

Robinson entered the building with his father, wife, and brother. They appeared to walk throughout the Capitol but did not know where they were going. They exited with the crowd shortly after Ashli Babbitt was shot by Capitol Police Officer Michael Byrd.

Case Status

Robinson was arrested on 5/19/22. and appeared in court initially on 5/31. He was ordered released on personal recognizance on 5/31/22. Indicted 7/20. During an arraignment on 8/5/22, he plead not guilty to all counts. There is another Video (VTC) Status Conference set for 2/24/2023 at 1:00 PM before Judge Amy Berman Jackson.
