Although he did enter the building, there is no account of how, if at all, violent Vogel’s behaviors were that day. There is a selfie in Vogel’s Statements of Facts with a caption “I disavow Trump”.

Sentencing held on 6/16/2023, sentenced to 30 days of incarceration followed by a 36 month term of Probation and a Special Assessment of $10.00.
