Kit was arrested on 8/1/22 and appeared in court the same day. He waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was released. Kit was indicted 9/13/22 and plead not guilty to all charges on 10/13. Superseding Indictment issued 12/5/22. Arraignment held 12/13/22, entered a plea of guilty to Counts 1 and 2. Sentencing held on 5/17/23, sentenced to 1 month incarceration on each Count 1 and 2, both terms to run concurrently and followed by 1 year Supervised Release. Special Assessment of $75 and Restitution in the amount of $500. All remaining Counts dismissed on Oral Motion of the Government.
