Case Status

Arrested on 03/09/2021 in Pittsfield, MA. Sargent was released on personal recognizance on 3/15/21. Sargent pleaded not guilty to counts 1-6 on 4/8/21 and on 11/19/21. He entered a guilty plea as to counts 1-6 on 6/27/22. Sentencing set for 11/28 at 2pm virtually.
