Traci Sunstrum is pictured entering the Capitol Building at 2:16 P.M.  At this time, there are already a number of people inside.  Sunstrum is pictured walking throughout the building, and has no violent-related charges.  Her activity before entering the Capitol is not detailed.

Case Status

Arrested 5/19/21. Initial appearance 5/27/21. On 6/1/21, Sunstrum was released on personal recognizance. On 11/17/21, she entered a plea of guilty to count 1. On 2/24/22, Sunstrum was sentenced to a term of 36 months of probation. She was further ordered to pay a $10 special assessment and $500 in restitution.
