Tilley was arrested on 6/21/22. He appeared in court on 6/28 and was ordered released on personal recognizance. Plea Agreement Hearing held on 3/13/2023, entered a plea of guilty to Count 4. Sentencing held the same day, sentenced to a term of 48 months of Probation. As a condition of probation, he is ordered to serve a total of 7 days of intermittent confinement. Further ordered to complete 60 hours of community service within the next 6 months. $10 Special Assessment imposed. Restitution in the amount of $500.
