Court held a hearing on 1/5/22 where Allan entered another not guilty plea as to all counts. Allan plead guilty to count 2 of the Second Superseding Indictment on 8/11/22. Sentencing held on 12/8/2022, sentenced to 21 months incarceration followed by a term of 36 months Supervised Release and a Special Assessment of $100 imposed.
