Timothy Louis Hale-Cusanelli

The government recorded a conversation in which Hale admitted he was inside the Capitol. He says he encouraged the crowd and called for more people to join. Inside, he picked up a fallen American flag  so he could properly dispose of it.

The government indicates Hale shares his political viewpoints on YouTube. However, it has not documented in a public forum any violent acts he committed on Jan. 6th.

Please keep in mind that in the United States, every citizen charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Hale has been denied bail 3x and contracted COVID as a result of transferring to different prisons with crowded conditions. He also has lost his job with the military, although he is experienced and holds a security clearance.
