Case Status

Hart was arrested on 6/30/21. He was released on personal recognizance on 7/8/21. A pretrial motions hearing will take place on 7/7/23 at 10 am. There is a pretrial conference scheduled for 9/18 at 9 15 am in Courtroom 29. Jury selection takes place on 10/2/21 at 10 am in Courtroom 29.
