He plead not guilty to all counts again on 10/6. Jury Trial held on 3/29/2023, verdict of guilty as to Counts 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Acquittal granted for Count 4. The sentencing hearing was rescheduled for October 6, 2023, at 3:00 PM. Remains in custody.
