Case Status

Arrested 3/5/21. Arraigned 4/15/21 where he plead not guilty to all counts. He entered another plea of not guilty to all counts on 11/18/21. Second superseding indictment issued 9/21/22. He plead not guilty to all counts again on 10/6. Jury Trial held on 3/29/2023, verdict of guilty as to Counts 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. Acquittal granted for Count 4. The sentencing hearing was rescheduled for October 6, 2023, at 3:00 PM. Remains in custody.
