Scott Kevin Fairlamb

Case Status

Arrested 1/22/21. Indicted 2/12/21. Superseding indictment issued on 4/7/21. Arraigned 4/13/21 where he plead not guilty to all counts. Detention hearing held on 4/23/21- ordered to remain committed pretrial. Plea agreement hearing held on 8/6/21 where he entered a guilty plea to counts 2s and 3s. On 11/10/21, Fairlamb was sentenced to 41 months incarceration, 36 months supervised release, and $2,000 restitution.

Fairlamb has leukemia and suffered a heart attack while detained. He states that although the Jan. 6th prisoners have been denied nutritious meals, hair cuts, and access to religious services "Morale is high as we stay steadfast in our faith."
