Arrested 1/20/21. Released on personal recognizance on 3/12/21. Arraigned 4/6/21 and plead not guilty to all counts. Entered a guilty plea as to count 1 on 7/6/22, was ordered committed and no longer on personal recognizance. On 10/7/22, he was sentenced to120 days incarceration with credit for time served. He was also ordered to 12 months of supervised release and to pay $500 restitution and $25 special assessment. Count 2 dismissed on Oral Motion by the Government.
