Case Status
Arrested 5/4/21. Arraigned 5/11/21, plead not guilty to all counts, and was placed on personal recognizance. On 1/7/22, Petrosh plead guilty to count 5 of superseding indictment. He was sentenced on 3/25/22 to 10 Days of incarceration, with credit for time served, Petrosh was also ordered to one year of supervised release, as well as commanded to pay of a $25 special assessment, $1,000.00 fine, and restitution of $938.00. Oral motion by the Government to dismiss all remaining counts; heard and granted.
