Case Status

Arrested 1/13/21. Initial appearance held 1/19/21, ordered released on a personal recognizance bond with two special conditions (stay away order from DC and appear at virtual hearing). Packer entered a not guilty plea to all counts on 2/24/21. He entered a guilty plea as to count 2 on 1/26/22. On 8/25/22,he he was sentenced to 75 days of incarceration, restitution of $500, and a special assessment of $10. Count 2 Dismissed on Motion of the Government. The case was appealed on 9/29/22.
