Rachael Lynn Pert

There is a picture of Rachael Pert and Dana Winn together inside the Capitol n January 6th.  There is no detail of any violent behavior on Pert’s behalf, nor is she charged with any violence.

Case Status

Arrested 1/26/21 and initial appearance held the same day. Released on personal recognizance on 1/29/21. Indicted 2/9/21. Arraigned and pleaded not guilty to all counts on 4/8/21. On 10/4/21, she plead guilty to count 2. On 12/20/21, Pert was sentenced to 24 months probation, a $25.00 special assessment, and restitution in the amount of $500.
