Case Status
Arrested in DC 1/13/21- placed on personal recognizance the same day. Rodean was charged via criminal information on 1/29/21- he plead not guilty on all counts. A bench trial occurred on 9/09/22. Rodean was found guilty of counts 1-7. On 10/26/22, Rodean was sentenced to 60 months probation with a condition of 240 hours of home detention. In addition, he was ordered to pay a total of $205 in special assessments and restitution in the amount of $2,048.00.
