Nicholas James Brockhoff

Brockhoff allegedly discharged a fire extinguisher from scaffolding above the Lower West Terrace. He later entered the Capitol through a broken window and walked with others into the Republican Conference Room.

Case Status

Brockhoff was arrested on 5/27/21. He appeared in court on 6/23/21. Indicted 8/18/21 and plead not guilty to all counts on 9/1. On 1/26/22, superseding indictment issued. He plead not guilty again to all counts on 3/31/22. There is a status hearing on 7/25/22 at 2pm in Courtroom 28A.
