Lattanzi was arrested on 1/11/22. Placed on personal recognizance on 1/13/22. Indicted 1/20/22- during an arraignment on 2/4, he plead not guilty to all counts. On 8/30, he plead guilty to count 4. On 12/9/22, he was sentenced to 14 days of incarceration without further supervision after release. Lattanzi was ordered to pay a special Assessment of $10, $500 in restitution, and a fine of $500. Counts 1, 2 and 3 are dismissed on the Motion of the Government.
