Hendrix was arrested on 5/27/21. He appeared in court on 6/3 and was released on personal recognizance. During an arraignment held on 8/2, he plead not guilty to all counts. Plead guilty 6/27/22 to count 4. On 12/9/22, Hendrix was sentenced to 30 days of incarceration followed by 3 years of probation and a special assessment of $10.00. Counts 1, 2, 3, dismissed on Oral Motion by the Government.
