Video surveillance shows DeGrave inside the Capitol on Jan. 6th. However, there is no detailed evidence that he engaged in violence on the grounds that day.

Case Status

Arrested 1/28. Indicted 2/6. Arraigned 3/16 where he pleaded not guilty to counts 1-9. Detention hearing held on 3/25 and 4/26. Defendant ordered detained. Status conference held on 6/9. Status hearing continued to 8/24 at 10 am.
