Nathan Entrekin arrived at the Capitol carrying a flag and wearing a Gladiator costume portraying Captain Moroni from the Book of Mormon.
He entered the Capitol at approximately 2:57. Entrekin exited about 6 minutes later, only to re-enter shortly after. His second exit from the building occurred at approximately 3:16 PM. There is no evidence he engaged in violence.

Entrekin was arrested on 7/15/21. He appeared in court on 7/23 and was ordered released. On 1/14/22, he plead guilty to count 5. On 05/06/2022, Entrekin was sentenced to 45 days of incarceration followed by 36 months probation as well as a $10 special assessment and $500 restitution. Counts 1, 2, 3, and 4 were dismissed on Oral Motion of the Government.
