Krol and others are accused of assaulting Capitol Police and DC Metropolitan Police Officers. Krol allegedly stole a police baton and it is possible he was using it in self-defense.
There is no footage showing his entry into the Capitol.

Krol was arrested on 2/22/22. On 5/16, his arraignment took place and he plead not guilty to all counts. On 11/15/22, Krol's motion for release from custody was denied. His next status conference is set for July 10, 2023 at 11:30am before Judge Rudolph Contreras via zoom video. Remains incarcerated.
