Matthew Jay Webler

Webler is seen on surveillance walking inside of the building with a flag and taking photos and videos of the events of the day. He asks someone where the exit is, and proceeds to leave.

There is no evidence he engaged in violence.

Case Status

Webler was arrested on 12/3/21 and indicted on 12/20. He plead guilty to count 4 on 2/1/22. He was sentenced on 5/3/22 to 45 days incarceration, $500 Restitution and a $10 special assessment.
