Marshall Neefe

Marshall Neefe and Charles Smith sent Facebook message expressing dissatisfaction with the election results and concern over the riots in 2020.

They stated they could attend the rally on Jan. 6th to support Donald Trump and protect the city in the event a riot occurred. They are seen on video at the Capitol. Neefe helped others in the crowd push a sign toward police.

Please keep in mind that in the United States, every citizen charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
