Arrested on 03/17/2021. Ordered to remain detained pretrial on 3/24/21. Ponder was indicted on 3/26/21 in the District of Columbia. Ponder plead not guilty to counts 1-12 on 3/31/21. On 4/22/22, Ponder plead guilty to count 1. On 7/26/22, he was sentenced to 63 months of incarceration, 36 months of supervised release;, a special assessment of $100 and restitution in the amount of $2,000 dollars.
