Case Status
Lints was arrested on 6/30/22 and ordered released on 7/11 after appearing in court. Indictment issued 7/27. Originally filed as case #22-mj-146, this case was closed and merged with defendant Bernard Sirr (case #22-cr-259) with an indictment filed on 7/27/22. Lints plead not guilty to all charges on 7/28. Plea Agreement Hearing held 2/24/23, entered a plea of guilty to Count 1. Sentencing held on 5/26/2023, sentenced to 4 months incarceration followed by 36 months of Supervised Release (w/ 4 months to be served as home detention). Special Assessment of $100 imposed. Restitution in the amount of $2,000. Oral motion by the government to dismiss all remaining counts, heard and granted.
