Bernard Joseph Sirr

Sirr appeared in the Tunnel near where Roseanne Boyland was eventually killed by police. He is accused of moving his way towards those in the front of the police line, pushing them as the chant “Heave, ho” is heard around him.

Sirr was arrested on 6/29/22 and appeared in court on 7/7. He was ordered released on personal recognizance. Indicted 7/27. On 7/28, he plead not guilty to all charges. Sirr's next status conference is set for 12/2 at 4pm.
