Gruppo was arrested on 6/1/21. Initial Appearance/Arraignment on 6/15- plead not guilty to all counts and released on personal recognizance. On 8/18, he plead guilty to count 4. Sentencing held on 10/29/2021, Gruppo was sentenced to 90 days home detention, 24 months probation, a $3,000 fine, and $500 restitution. Oral motion by the government for the dismissal of Counts 1, 2, and 3, granted.
