Kenneth Harrelson

Social media and news articles show Harrelson was present at the Capitol on Jan. 6th.

He and others with the Oathkeepers organization formed a military “stack” to stay together through the crowd and enter the Capitol. Inside the Rotunda, he de-escalated a conflict between protesters and police.

Case Status

Harrelson was indicted in a new case on 1/12/22. A jury trial for this second case began on 9/27. On 11/29/22, a jury found Harrelson guilty of counts 3, 4, and 9. A motion for a new trial was filed by Harrelson's attorney on 12/3/22.
