Josiah Hueso

Hueso admitted entering the Capitol in an interview outside of the building with CNN. He appears to walk peacefully on surveillance. Hueso told the FBI that he did not break or touch anything inside of the building, despite the fact he saw others doing so.

Case Status

Hueso was arrested on 5/25/22 and released on personal recognizance. Indicted on 6/24. On 7/27, he plead not guilty to all charges during an arraignment. A joint status report was due on 12/5. Hueso's next status conference is on 2/15/23 at 11am virtually.
