Case Status
Irwin was arrested on 8/17/21 and initially appeared in court on 8/25/21. During an arraignment on 11/1, he plead not guilty to all counts. Superseding Indictment delivered 5/6/22. On 6/3, Irwin plead not guilty to all counts again. Second Superseding Indictment issued 1/11/23. On 1/23/23, he plead not guilty to all counts a third time. Another arraignment took place on 4/3/22 after co-defendant John Richter entered the case. Irwin once again plead not guilty to all counts. A jury trial has been rescheduled to 1/22/24 at 9am in Courtroom 8.
