Case Status
Arrested 5/13/21 and initial appearance held the same afternoon. Charged via criminal information 6/7. Arraigned 7/16 where he pleaded not guilty to counts 1-5. A status conference was held on 9/17, On 1/6/22, he pleaded guilty to count 5. On 4/1, he was sentenced to 3 years of probation and ordered to complete 200 hours of community service. He was fined $5,000, plus $500 in restitution. Zlab was also ordered to pay a special assessment of $10.
