Jorden Robert Mink

Mink entered the Capitol through a broken window and allegedly took furniture from the building, delivering it into the hands of those in the crowd.

He also broke an exterior window.

Case Status

Mink was arrested on 1/19/21 and indicted on 1/27. He pleaded not guilty to all counts. Mink remains detained. His plea agreement hearing takes place on 1/9/23 at 2pm in Courtroom 8. His attorney recently filed a motion for Mink to have a video visit with his family and attorney before the plea hearing. He has not seen his family in person or by video for a period of 18 months because the DC CTF prison requires individuals to be vaccinated in order to do so.
