He also broke an exterior window with a baseball bat.

Mink was arrested on 1/19/21 and indicted on 1/27. He pleaded not guilty to all counts on 3/16/21. Mink was ordered to remain committed. Plea Agreement Hearing held on 1/17/23- he entered a plea of guilty to count 9s and to the lesser offense of count 2s. On 6/2/23, he was sentenced to 51 months in prison and 36 months of probation. He was ordered to pay a total of $125 in special assessments and $2,000 total in restitution.
