Stotts was charged via complaint on 3/16 and arrested on 3/19/21. He was charged via information on 4/2 and made his initial appearance in court on 4/8/21, where he plead not guilty to all count and was released on personal recognizance. He entered a plea of guilty as to count 4 on 7/28/21. Sentencing held on 11/9/2021, sentenced to 24 months of Probation (with conditions-home confinement). $10 Special Assessment and Restitution in the amount of $500.00. Counts 1, 2, and 3 were dismissed on oral motion by the government.
