Sanders was arrested on 5/25/21 and charged on 6/2. Released on conditions sometime in June 2021. On 8/26/21, Sanders plead guilty to count 4. On 11/4/21, he was sentenced to thirty-six (36) months of Probation and sixty (60) hours of Community Service within six (6) months from sentencing. $10 Special Assessment and $500 Restitution. Counts 1, 2 and 3 dismissed on oral motion by the government.
