Case Status

Andries was arrested on 2/4/21 and made his initial appearance in court the same day. Released on conditions on 2/10/21. Conditions were modified to include GPS monitoring, curfew He pleaded not guilty to counts 1-5 of the information. On 8/23/22, he plead guilty to count 1. Sentencing is rescheduled for 1/17/23 at 1pm in Courtroom 23A.
