Jerry Daniel Braun

Braun allegedly told an Uber driver he tore down a Capitol barricade. He appeared to have an eye injury and the area around his eye was bleeding.

Braun is accused of hurling a wooden plank at police outside of the Capitol. In addition, he supposedly argued with a photographer and struck him with this plank. It was unclear what the photographer was doing or saying to him.

Please keep in mind that in the United States, every citizen charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
