Hubbard was arrested on 12/8/21 and appeared in court on 12/14. He was released on personal recognizance. On 11/17/22, he plead guilty to count 4. On 2/17/23, he was sentenced to 45 days of prison, 36 months of probation (with conditions) and ordered to pay $500 Restitution. In addition, he was ordered to pay a $500 fine, and a $10 special assessment.
