Cantrell was arrested on 3/10/22 and ordered released on 3/15. Indicted 4/7. During an arraignment on 4/27, he plead not guilty to all charges. Bench Trial held on 4/3/2023, verdict of guilty reached as to Counts 1, 2, and 4, and a verdict of not guilty as to Count 3. Sentencing held on 6/26/2023, sentenced to a term of 6 Months of Incarceration as to Counts 1 and 2, and 1 Month as to Count 4, all counts to run concurrently, followed by a term of 12 Months of Supervised Release as to Counts 1 and 2, to run concurrently. Special Assessment of $25 on Counts 1 and 2 and $10 on Count 4, for a total of $60. Restitution in the amount of $500. Fine in the amount of $4,000 as to Counts 1 and 2 each, for a total of $8,000. Ordered to complete 100 hours of community service.
